Case in point: The Planet's Funniest Animals I don't know whether this runs on Discovery Channel affiliate cable stations outside the USA, but we get it here on Animal Planet. It's in the style of funniest home videos but funny. The host annoys me, but the home videos they get in are hilarious. The ultimate Stupid Pet Tricks forum: a horse that is determined to get a bucket on its head, a parrot that threatens to tattle on another parrot (Wahahaha! "Uh ohhh! Whatchagonna do? Whatchagonna do?"), outtakes from local news features which cover pet adoption, dogs being silly, cats being silly... This stuff has me on the floor. I'm lucky tonight. While the Superbowl is on, they're running a marathon of Planet's Funniest Animals. They read my mind. WAHAHAHA! A squirrel crashed some kid's birthday party and it's crawling all over Mom's back! er... I guess you had to be there... Does anybody get this show?

I've only seen it once, but I'll admit it made me laugh harder than I have in a long time. ;D My "guilty pleasures" are all on the same channel: Nick Jr. Yes, it's true, I'm a closet fan of Oswald, Maggie and the Ferocious Beast, Blues Clues, and Dora the Explorer. But my all time favorite, the show in which I get the most guilt for my pleasure, is Bob the Builder. If you've never heard of any of these, you can check them out at the Nick Jr. Website.

Bob the Builder!
Can we fix it? Yes we can!
He had a hit record last year, and will be a stage show this year, I hear.

Tonight they're running a pseudo awards show for Planet's Funniest Animals. It's of course the best clips. And like the Oscars, they're showing a clip of a parrot singing intermittently for a later category.
One of my weaknesses is parrots. They kill me. Some co][ckatoo bobbing its head up and down throw me into fits of laughter. And when they sing - oh man forget it. So they had this parrot singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame." I can't describe how funny it was. I'm probably waking up the neighbors with laughter.
My other disarming animals are chickens and funny lizards (especially the frilled lizard when it scoots down the sands of the Outback. Jeez what a sight). <br> But nothing's funnier than a parrot. About 15 yrs ago, my friend got on video from some show a few seconds of a co][ckatiel singing the Andy Griffith Show theme. I was in hysterics. She made it a point to get a 45rpm recording of Pancho the Parrot singing his repertoire from the San Diego Wild Animal Park.
YAHAHAHA the one singing "Old MacDonald" won. I guess you had to be there...
