That's great! I look forward to your big day. I hope it's everything you dreamed and not just another cattle roundup of fans like the US shows have become.

Not wishing to put a damper on it, but I hope the organisers got a license from Paramount for this event.
The convention I was planning to attend at the end of this month has had to cancel because Paramount threatened the organisers and hotel with a test lawsuit over whether or not they could demand money from non-US conventions for using the Star Trek name and / or actors.
So I don't get to listen to Avery Brookes dulcet tones...

Well, I think it should be authorized since it's one of the two big annual conventions in Germany. Everything I dreamed? Hardly... I would be surprised if Mrs. Picardo would allow it. ;D No, I only hope I can have another nice chat with Bob like I had the last time, and I'll be the happiest little Pinky in the quadrant. Jonathan Frankes, Majel Barett and Ethan Phillips are announced, too. I think it will be a decent weekend.

Sounds good. My best friend is a Jonathan Frakes (argh, I wrote Frankes up there... ) fan and she's also looking forward to it. That only means... no one to calm me down when I get really, really, REALLY excited about Mr. P. OH NO!
