The Calendar Girl Murders is on right after the rebroadcast of Enterprise on UPN. Beltran plays a detective in the movie, which is about twenty or so years old.
Don't know whether they're showing this one locally or if all the affiliates get to show this lame excuse for celluloid.

That one hasn't made it over this side of the pond.
But I've seen 'Stormy Weathers' TV failed pilot, and got the Chuck Norris film on tape. They are so, so funny to watch.
The man had to earn a living somehow, you know.

The man had to earn a living somehow, you know. Yeah. Funny how he sabotaged that avenue of income during his last year on Voyager. I guess he must have made a clever investment in something and has nothing to lose burning bridges. But I digress... Beltran was more enthusiastic in this one, but I can see where his acting style - at least then - was better suited for the stage.

You know, I saw something with him in it the other day. Well, not exactly *saw*, as such. It was more a case of random channel surfing between adbreaks and catching sight of a familair face, same way I stumbled across 'China Beach'. It was on the Hallmark channel, which I normally avoid like the plague, and he was in some sort of murder mystery with a female PI as lead, or something. Early 90's flick. I got bored pretty quickly and returned to my regularly scheduled programming.

I think the most lingering thought I attribute to "Calendar Girl Murders" when I first and last saw it on the Chick Flick Chann- I mean Lifetime Movie Network last month was: "Gee, Robert Morse must have been desperate to take a role in this." I always compare anything cinematic he does to "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying."
