1 8-oz bar of unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup powedered fructose 3 sheets of plain square sheet of matzah, carefully broken up into 4-6 squares each.
1. Melt chocolate in double-boiler
2. Add sugar gradually and stir SLOWLY and OCCASIONALLY
3. Slide in a piece of matzah and take out with BBQ tongs and carefully wipe excess chocolate and drippings with a spatula.
4. Place coated matzah on rack over wax paper, or on a plate or platter lined with wax paper.
5. Repeat 3 & 4 for each piece, then let cool enough so that the chocolate starts to congeal on the pieces.
6. Put into a container and into the fridge.
7. Eat
