Actually, Janeway's hairstyle in "Parturition" seemed reminscent of her long bob during Seasons 5-7. During Season 4, she wore that mannish short bob that I didn't like. And I'm not going to even comment on the Power Bun.

And I'm not going to even comment on the Power Bun. Buns are for hamburgers, hotdogs, and prissy old ladies. I liked her season 4 hair actually.
